The itinerary was very well planned to cover and give a very good experience of entire Italy. The tours offered were also great. Hotels were nice and located near to train stations. The cab drivers were also good as they reached to pick up well before the time. In all the travel agent provided a good package with continuous timely assistance also whenever required. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is beautiful and well equipped. The breakfast served was excellent. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Overall a good experience except a few things here n there like hotel staff not responding to our needs and delays in doing things. Cab drivers were not able to communicate as they were not able to understand or speak English.

Hotel at munnar was just above average. Couple of pointers to highlight 1) the wifi was not working 2) the service quality was not satisfactory Hotel at Thekkady was really good Boat house was below satisfactory. Driver was good. The places planning from the driver’s end was really good.

We went with the kids and happy that the check in and checkout process was so quick and timely. We had a relaxed holiday and the services are outstanding. Happy for choosing tripmedaddy for this self pampering stay we enjoyed here.
